I have a Honda CRV AWD 2019
currently alarm keeps going off, Honda dealership unable to get sensor until mid September via supplier in China.
off next week to Cornwall, any suggestion on how I can stop alarm going off, apart from disconnecting battery.

welcome to the forum. Honda should have disconnected the alarm when they knew the parts would not be in until later. they know what to disconnect without the battery being disconnected.
