I have a 2025 Pilot new and so disappointed with the Bose stereo. I chose this touring trim model over another that had some cool options because of the Bose stereo and it is a really poor performing system. Anyone else experiencing this and is there possibly a fix? Tried all the bass / treble, fade, centering controls to o avail. Hope someone has an idea.

Sorry to hear that, for both of us. Hope you like the car though, we did really like the CRV Hybrid a lot and maybe wish we would have gone that way.

 

That is a shame. I had a Bose system in my 2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited and it was very nice. My 2024 CR-V EX is just a standard Stereo that I was wishing for the Bose System but now in reading this post I guess I am glad I did not get it in the Honda.

 

The entire Honda line is a good bet but I’m hoping someone can enlighten me of perhaps a factory reset or recall and to say it is no good would be a stretch but I’ve sure had much nicer sound in my Ram and Grand Cherokee. The CRV is a new animal and kinda wishing we went that direction, especially the hybrid version.

 

We have a 2017 Pilot and a 2023 CRV hybrid, and love both vehicles. However, on both vehicles I was stunned at the poor quality of the sound systems, particularly the low end response. Very “flat” sound in both vehicles, compared to the vehicles we replaced— a 2004 Sienna and a 2010 Camry.
