Default Connection on exhaust line blown. Can I fix it without welding?

I've got an 08 CRV that started rattling recently. I traced the sound to this area, where a connection has become completely detached in the exhaust line.

There is a pretty detailed video on fixing it here:

But I don't have the ability to weld. Is there a way to fix this without welding?

Just take it to a muffler shop and have them weld it
