Default Contest: 20 bucks for whoever properly diagnoses my Cr-v P2135 error code

Hey there, I'm clueless and I live in a clueless country so I need your help! I have a 2008 Gen 3 CR-V with a k20a 2.0l engine(that's the engine they used in Asia, Im an American living in the Philippines). My problem is presenting with the following symptoms: Check engine light comes on intermittently when I start the car. Throwing error code 2135 Throttle Position Sensor A/B Voltage incorrect correlation. As soon as the car is started, idle is higher than normal(around 2000 RPM). Upon putting the car in drive and releasing the brake, car goes forward a bit faster than normal. Gas pedal has no effect whatsoever, I can push it to the floor and nothing changes. If I put the car in park, turn off the ignition, and restart the car, gas pedal works again and everything works normally as it should. If I clear the CEL it stays off until the next time the problem presents itself. This problem only presents itself about 20% of the time on startup and has never happened 2 startups in a row. The car is drivable if I shut it off and restart, but this problem is very annoying and I worry it could get worse. I live in the Philippines on a small island and mechanics here know barely more than I do, but if they have specific instructions they can repair it. History: a few months ago I had a bad relay(undiagnosed, car wouldn't start or crank). Took car to a mechanic and it took 4 months of him pulling the car apart to realize it had a bad relay. I had told him to check all relays first, which he said he did. After the car was fixed I said WTF, I thought you checked all relays first? He said sorry sir, that one was hard to get to so I didn't check it. So frustrating. Anyway, I suspect this problem might have been caused by the mechanic poking around but not certain. Car worked normally for 4 months after the previous fix before this new problem started so might be unrelated. Whoever can help me with this problem with an accurate diagnosis will receive 20 USD on PayPal, as well as my respect and admiration. Quite possibly a parade in your honor. Thanks so much! Edit: horn only works about 50% of the time. Pretty positive this is unrelated but want to mention everything. Wouldn't mind having this diagnosed also. When horn is not working it just makes a tiny boop sound that I can barely hear, other times works completely normally.

Looking up DTC P2135 ...
Says that the vehicle has two TPS sensors
Both are potentiometers.
As the gas pedal is depressed, one will read voltage increase and the other will read voltage decrease
If one or both fails then the readings will not correlate.
Possible failures are the sensors.
Could also be bent pins or bad connections.
Faulty wiring (chafed or shorted)

Good luck

Default Can accelerator be ruled out?

Thanks for the reply. I have also read the problem with that code could be with the accelerator/gas pedal. Do you think that can be ruled out with my current symptoms? Or should I check that as well? I'm hoping to pinpoint it a little bit more just based on my specific symptoms, they aren't so great at troubleshooting on this island and only have basic diagnostic tools when they have any. Could the problem potentially be a failing relay? After getting my AC refilled here I found that the AC guy had apparently drilled holes in my AC and cooling fan relays after they failed a week later, two days apart. They do that here to get repeat business. I don't think he sabotaged anything else, but who knows.

Cheers

Have you fixed this already? Id check and replace the ETCS relay (R4 - same.relay as fans and compressor AC) in the engine bay and that shpuld fix your issue
