Lightbulb CR-V 2013 with 70k mileage - purchasing advice wanted

I'm in the market to puchase a CR-V for my wife. We're having our 2nd child and we need to get rid of her Civic.

I found a 2013 CR-V EX-L with 70k for a good price and am wondering if it's advisable to buy this one or buy one with lower mileage? If it's going to cost me more money down the line with this car, then I'd for sure put up more money now to buy another CR-V with less miles.

What kinds of up keep/problems am I looking at with a model with this many miles? I assume there would be no warranty even tho it's from a dealership.
thanks

Too many miles, I wouldn't buy it unless the price was really good

wecome to the forum. You might want to look at the new 2016 HR-V, 20,500. lots of space in the back, new car, warranty, reliable.family car, also good for dogs. Am thinking of getting one in a year or two. 35mpg.
