No. I asked the service reps about replacing them, but they said the hubcaps are fine and replacement won't be covered under warranty. When one of them disagreed about them being plastic hubcaps, I figured I'd better just figure out to remove a hubcap myself.

I've had multiple acquaintances outside of those two dealership service centers listen to the noise up close (not the video), and everyone believes the source of the noise is from the hubcaps.

I just meant for your own benefit try removing them to verify if they are indeed the issue. Not hard to pop them off Just carefully pry around the hubcap a little at a time moving around the hubcap as you do it. To put them back on just use a rubber mallet or double up a rag to protect the hubcap and use regular hammer. Some have just used the side of their fists if stout enough.

OK, now you know the wheel covers are plastic and how to get them off.

As far as the hub bearings not being serviceable, that is correct. It does not mean that the bearing is not defective.
If it is, it would need to be replaced UNDER WARRANTY just like a defective wheel cover would be replaced UNDER WARRANTY.

It appears that you are being bagged or you are trying to bag us. Which is it?

BTW, pebbles or similar placed behind the cover as a prank can make that noise.

that "never seen/heard that problem before" is a standard answer regarding warranties

if removing the wheel covers does not end the clicking it is likely the wheel bearings although I can not exclude the possibility of bad CV joint(s).
