Default CRV 2014- Steering column vibration/ braking issue

Hi All- I have just purchased a pre-owned certified CRV and i am getting a feel that the steering column is showing some vibration specially when i am going above 60 miles speed and also when the brakes are applied, it doesn't stop smoothly...Not sure, if i am able to explain it clearly - but in a nutshell, this means "Its Not a smooth ride or stopping with the vehicle. Am little distressed as I have heard so much good about Honda cars and its Not coming up that way..Could someone pls suggest..

BTW, its mileage was 34,200 when i bought that...I just got that a weeks back...

welcome to the forum. The front rotors could be warped and need cutting or replaced. also the front pads changed at the same time. you might want to ask the dealer to have the brakes rechecked, some times they just replace the pads without changing the rotor or cutting the rotor and the warp is still there. shaking of the steering , or also could be alignment.
