CRV 2018 Fog Lens (not lamp)

Hi

I live in NZ and I've been googling for second-hand CRV 2018 fog lens but with no success. I only need one located at the driver's side as mine has a crack.

Questions:

Does anyone living in NZ know a store where I can find one? How about overseas?
What if it's brand new but not a Honda brand?
Any idea on the cost?
Is replacing the lens done by removing the front cap and nothing underneath nor under the hood? (have seen videos on YT but not the same model as 2018)
