Unhappy Dashboard lights - 2006 crv

Some bulbs were blown on my dash lights but I decided to replace them all. 10 of one kind and one of another kind. Bulb holders replaced as well. Now all the bulbs on the right side (behind the speedometer and gas guage don't light up but all the ones on the left do. The speedometer and gas guage themselves work. My directionals work but the blue lights don't flash. High beam works but blue light does not. Other indicator lights on the right side like VSA off warning, emergency break do light up. I can't find what fuse controls the dash in the owners manual. I rechecked the connections of the blue and green wire plugs behind the cluster. I can't figure it out. If one of the 5 or so light bulbs on the right side is not plugged in and touching properly, will all the lights on that right side not work? HELP !!!!
