NoM MY NEW HONDA CIVIC 2010 WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR, PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, TURN THE CAR OFF AND OPEN THE DOOR THESE2 LIGHTS /ON THE DASHBOARD COME ON. WHY DOES IT DO THIS /

Your Honda sales person can help with that,not sure what lights you are talking about though,the lights should be self explaining with symbols and lettering.
