I am having issues with the SiriusXM portion of the head unit on my pre owned 2020 crv touring. It sometimes will not display the artist and song title. The service people at my dealer are trying to tell me there is nothing wrong when in fact there is! It’s beyond annoying having to constantly tap the preset button to get it to work; and also sometimes it will not go live I have to again tap the button to get it to go live. Also with the factory subwoofer in this vehicle there is lIke no bass and again they are telling me it’s normal when it’s not! I haven’t even had this crv 3 months and these issues exist and the goofball service people keep
tryjng to tell me otherwise. Im about to void the whole financing deal with the bank get my money back for the first payment and go to the competition which starts with the let T. Where do
i go from here? Let me add my moms 2019 pilot has SiriusXM and does not have this issue! And has plenty of sub bass
