Question help with po1164

Hello to all
I’m new to the site. I recently bought a 2003 CR-V LX mainly for work and around town, and it has 23,056 miles on it. The SEL light was on due to the upstream O2 sensor not receiving a signal, and the VTC solenoid was also not functioning because the connector was broken. I replaced both components, but now the SEL light shows code P01164. While driving, the car intermittently buckles

, and the RPMs surge at idle. I’m looking for help on where to start diagnosing the issue. Could it be that the VTEC screen needs cleaning? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Default Amazing Find

So you have an 03 with 23k miles. That is amazing.

Your DTC is P1164. It is telling you that the air/fuel sensor is suspect. Locate the sensor and check the connectors.

CEL is a check engine light. It does not give codes.
