Default High Beam issues

Hey guys, I installed one of those new LED light bars on my 2000 CRV and tied into the high beam wire right at the plug before it goes into the headlight and all was working fine until I heard a pop coming from the area where the battery is, I checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash, I have now lost 80% of the highbeam on the side I had the light bar on, after hearing the pop I just went ahead and hooked up the light bar right to the battery and put the switch inside the crv, problem is the damage is done, lowbeam works perfect but when I switch to high the blue light on the dash doesn't even come on, the passenger side high beam works fine but drivers side is operating at about 20%, I bought a new light but it's the same, funny thing is when I remove the light operating at 20% the blue light comes back on the dash indicating the high beams are on, as soon as I install the light the bulb goes to 20% and blue light on the dash goes away? Any ideas?

Might try wireing in a new plug on that side, check to make sure the wire is in good shape, not burnt.
