Honda CR-V 2000 LX 4WD - power steering adjust bolt?

Honda CR-V 2000 LX 4WD - here.

I had a belt break and I had to do the motor mount drop scenario to replace the belts, but following the steps the first step is what dashed my hopes of a quick recovery.
The bolt that is used for tension adjustment on the power steering pump snapped off.
The bolt, as far as I can tell is a 12mm head with a 7mm diameter body, and it looks like 1.0 threading.
Can anyone please help me out as to what bolt I will need to replace the bottom tension sliding bolt on the power steering?

Everyone says that it should be a M8 and I measured with the half of the bolt I have (that broke off) and it is clearly a 12mm head with 7mm diameter shaft, and it looks about 1.0 thread (I could be wrong as I have poor eyesight).
My only problem is I do not know the length. If I can extract that back part I could get complete measurements, but we will see, it will take 2 or 3 days for the extractor kit to get here.

The stud is still stuck in the power steering pump and I've ordered a stud extractor kit to try and get it out.
My next line of thinking is just to use a hand rotary tool and cut the bottom part of the bolt hole off the pump itself do I can dig out the remaining stud and just use some locking washers and a zinc plated bolt to torque it into place.
Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated.

Did you get the other bolt, that is holding the power steering pump, out??
It should be almost the same bolt
And the specs on it says it is a M8????

Thank you for the idea, I checked and you are right it does match.
Something else I did not know about is that they list bolt sizes by the hole they go into, not by the bolt size!
So I was really confused on that, and I still am to be honest.
Apparently, what I am looking for is an exact match to that bolt.
12mm head, 56mm in length, it is specified as a M8 x 1.25 , it has flange head and smooth shank and smooth end.
Now I have to try and find the bolt somewhere for sale.

You can do a google search for Honda parts then look up your vehicle's power steering bolt.
