Hello, I own a 2021 Honda CR V with no fatory CD player. I have heard of people adding external CD players via the USB ports in vehicles. I tried two different USB external CD players, which work great on my computer, and my Honda does NOT recognize them when I select USB from the vehicles Source selection. Any suggestions/ideas?

I used a CD player that broadcast a low-power RF signal in the FM band that was received via the radio tuned to specific frequency. Worked OK, but was sometimes a challenge to find a non-conflicting FM band.

Purchase an aftermarket stereo that has a CD player. You will also need to get Maestro RR or RR2 to make sure your steering wheels controls are intact. Crutchfield is a great place to shop for these item with helpful customer service.
