I purchased a 2023 CRV Hybrid Sport in July. It came with the base infotainment system. I hate it and want to replace with the better Honda infotainment system. I am not looking for aftermarket i just want the better model infotainment system sold in some vehicles. Sales said it was possible to replace. Service told me it couldn't be done, so I mentioned in a survey from Honda America How much I hate the base unit. They actually called me and told me to check different dealer service departments. Has anyone else run into this issue? I do not want to be reliant on apple car play or android auto to be able to listen to Sirus.
