Default keyless entry

I have a 2004 CR-V. It has 93,000 miles. It is also out of the extended warranty by about two months. About a month ago I noticed that the door lock on the front passenger side was not responding to the keyless remote. All the other doors work but not this door. I called the Honda dealership that I use and was told it was about $400 to get it fixed. Can anyone suggest a less expensive fix? I wish I could say I was a DIYer but I'm not.
Thanks.

welcome to the forum. you might spray some wd-40 on the lock actuator. The door liner needs to come off to get access. go to this site to assist. hondaautomotiveparts.com it is a parts diagram, it may help. or you should get yourself a factory cr-v service manual. it helps all persons to work on their vehicles.
