Photo 1 indicator reveals that your DW is not in the passenger seat and your pup is under 65 lbs so not heavy enough to activate the squat switch. Check for the body in the cargo area.
The subsequent photos is the bolt cover for a seat rail. It was likely kicked off while lowering the rear seats so you could pull the body into the cargo area.
