I need to replace a screw used to secure the Honda CR-V 2011 EX-L HVAC door mode actuator. The screw has the following specs:

Major Diameter = 4 mm (M4) (Guess it might be 5/32)
Thread Pitch = 1.5 mm (approximately)
Length = 16 mm
Head = Hex + Phillips combo
Head Diameter = 7 mm wrench

I cannot find this screw anywhere... what is this and where do I find it?????? The Mode Door Actuators do NOT come with fastener screws.
