Thinking of buying a 2017 or 2018, any thoughts on the 2.4l vs. 1.5 Turbo?

If you live in a cold climate then you will want the 2.4L
As the 1.5 Turbo has issues with gasoline getting into the crankcase oil in cold climates.
Still Honda might have given a fix
But, I haven't really understood any yet

Saw an article today that Honda is extending the engine warranty on the 1.5 engine to six years, no mileage limit. They state that damage is very rare, but to give owners peace of mind they are giving the extension.

I have to agree, the 1.5 does have issues, but with Honda extending the warranty they are aware this could hurt sales. I personally would go with the 2.4 it's reliable.
