Hi All,

Recent joiner, AWD Touring purchased two days ago. Two questions:

- Is it normal to have a massive gaping hole at the back of the engine? I can see the floor very clearly through there, I have never seen anything like this in over 35 year of car ownership!!!! Is designed this way? is it a factory screwup?
- Has anyone replaced the horrible looking OEM 18" wheels, they are so terribly bad, the person who approved the design should be fired. Already looking at options, but it is one cost I did not have to deal with so early!!!! I have identified a couple of sets of Ford wheels in the same bolt size pattern, would love o hear form anyone who had already changed their OEM wheels.
- We have the 2.4L engine in our market, having read about the 1.5L problems, I hope we are somewhat isolated form those problems
- Do the speakers need to be broken in? Just want to make sure I do not drive them too hard. The OEM sound system is really rather good, except for the bass which can distort under load. Has anyone installed a component system in there, JBL GTC609C is something I am looking at right now.
