Replacing '07 CR-V Leather Door Armrest Caps

Replacing '07 CR-V Leather Door Armrest Caps
MUST the entire door panel be removed to replace the left/right door leather armrest caps ? I can't find a provedure to replace these in my service manual or on-line ?
