Unhappy Seats

I purchased a 2013 CR-V 5 days ago and have found that the seats are HORRIBLE! They are hard and very uncomfortable and I now regret trading my 2000 Astro van which I could drive for 10 hours straight without being uncomfortable!

Why don't they at least try to make the seats softer??

In my expierence Chevrolet makes some of the cheapest interiors of any brand, the seats in Hondas may be a little uncomfortable but I'll bet they last the life time of the car,get you a gel seat cover.

Sorry, but I drove my Astro 12 1/2 years and the interior looked as good the day I traded it as the day I bought it as a demo with 6,000 miles on it!

a "Little Uncomfortable" destroys the pleasure of driving! Since the CR-V is overpriced by $5,000 they could afford to put another 2" of foam in the seats!

I miss the old days when you could test drive a car for a couple of hours instead of a short drive down the street and back with a salesman in the back seat.

I'll live with this CR-V for a couple of years but will be buying Chevy for now on!

Personally I like the stiffer seats.

I just drove fro three days on vacation in my new vette which has very stiff seats,I found that driving three hours at a time non stop almost killed me,we had to stop every two hrs to move around, nothing like my Accord.

Yeah - true sports car seats are probably their own breed (I'm guessing). Within the Accord world though, I prefer the seats in the ex as opposed to the lx (talking '05 to '07 years here) because they are more firm.

I may have to cut Mr. Britt some slack here - my father had an Element (going back a few years) and I noticed those seats were very stiff. I wonder if the CRV has the same or similar.

yeah, I'm agree with You if seats are not comfortable then there is no pleasure of driving. Just as punishment.
