Slide whistle sound when defrost is on

Default Slide whistle sound when defrost is on
I have a 2006 CR-V EX with 171,000 miles. I hear a slide whistle sound coming from under the dash when the defrost is on. It’s not continuous. It seems to occur when the a/c compressor is energized, but the sound seems to come from under the dash. Anybody else with this problem?
