Bike turns over but will not start. Washed it with just a hose and did not start. Waited 24 hours to dry and still not starting. Has a new battery, plugs only have 4k on them and has a new air filter. When I turn the key, it makes a electrical noise for 2-3 seconds and the yellow light on the speedometer sometimes is on and other times it is off. Is this a fuel pump issue? Any help would be appreciated.
