Noise out of and into 1st gear...

I've gota VTX1300 that "clunks" when I shift out of 1st. gear. It's work great thru the rest of the gears, and "clunks" again going back to 1st. Dealer rep says thats normal...I don't think so...Any suggestions?

I've got a 2006 vtx it does the same thing. But I don't think it's a problem.
Just the way they made it. If you don't think it's still right I would contact more than One dealer an maybe even Honda.
