Was wondering if i had a car starter installed in my 2002 CRV if it would void out the warrenty that came that with the car? would i have to get it done by honda in order for it not to void the warrenty and does anyone has a idea of what it would cost ?

 

call your honda dealer service manager. I asked the service manager if I could install performance parts and be under warranty, he stated in my case, purchase the part, we will install, and make sure the warranty is still good.If you change the starter with any other than honda part, and it comes apart and eats the flywheel and components, they may say you installed it incorrectly or an after market part and this was the cause.
