Hey All! Hopefully this is the right thread!

I've owned my civic for close to 10 months now, and there's a badge on the car that has always peaked my curiosity, and was hoping for some insight (see attached photo). I tried to do some research and found that there was a crescent grand prix festival in Montreal! At the festival there was a "pit stop event", and the winner was given a brand new civic SiR! I don't know if that is connected, but I've always wondered what the badge was, and thought maybe it'd be cool if my car was something special at all🙂

 

weklcome to the forum. spec's say it's a 160 hp 2.0 good engine and a hot rod. have not been able to look up the grand prix emblem. I do know that Honda had their engines in the race.
