A friend asked me to sell his 2016 Fit base, manual transmission for him.
wondering what I should ask for it?

Kelly blue book for a 2016 Fit base, 6sp manual, lx 4dr,in good conditon goes for 3,043 to 4262. trade in value 3653. just a heads up, many tire kickers/car dealers will try to go far below $3k and will show you comps. the comps used are salvage title, some where in the cars life it was wreaked, so a body person fixed it up for cheap and now selling it for salvage. per insurance, the car will not insure at face value but a lot lower. if your friends car has a clean title, it can sell for the range on kelly blue book. if you have the maintenance record, it will go for more. if you have more questions on the Fit, you can msg me. i have an 07 Fit at 293k miles, i'm giving it away to my grandson to use as a learner 1st vehicle. clean title.

 

In my neighborhood, a 2016 FIT with 15K manual tranny will sell for around $6800 to $8900
Guess it depends on where in the world you are.
Also, I would ask for top price and then negotiate if the buyer is serious and all cash.

Note: I have seen 2016 FIT with more miles and auto tranny asking price in the low $14,000

sorry my error, i misread the milage at 150,000 miles. correction, value is a lot higher.
