i recently purchased an immaculate jdm crx an every thing is in japenese
the car also came with some after maket parts,
it came with valve springs an lifters,cams gears,cam shafts,copper head gasket an a vtec chip to lower the vtec an take away the redline.

my question is if i fit the chip will it need to be tuned?
an how will the stock b16a vtec engine benefit from fitting the other parts? pls help
