I have an emaculate 2000 plate CRV and have water in the foot well after it's been stationary and been raining. The more it rains the more water I have, no issues around windscreen, was wondering if I may have a blocked drainage hole under the bonnet......

welcome to the forum. most water leaks into the foot well come from a leaking front windshield seal. no one can see under the seal unless the windshield is being replaced or checked if you can get someone to shoot water in different sections of the windshield and you sit inside, you might be able t see or hear water entering the cabin..
