914's are fun cars. easy to work on fun to drive and handles like a dream because of the mid engine. I only wish I had the 914/6 
Only a few REAL ones made and very expensive if you can find one. Lots of conversions though. the only to tell if its real other than the year is on the vin #. The ones with the type 4 VW motor start out with WB or something. The 914/6 always start out as 914 in the vin number

btw the 997 911 turbo like you showed in your pics (although that was not a turbo) make 480 hp. for some reason i think a porsche owner would know that...
