hi everyone....
im having a hard time trying to find a lnk to raise my complaint regarding my driver's window automatic shutter problem. i have raised the issue within my local service center and they didnt help. i just learnt through the news that Honda withdrew some of its cars for this same issue. and id like to raise my problem anywhere but local. however on the japan honda sire they always refer me to my local/country dealer . any hellp? thanx ~ |
welcome to the forum. If you have a new car and the dealer you are working with will not fix it, go to another dealer if under warranty. If not under warranty, You can write to american honda company if in the U.S. Also there is a consumers report you can go to.

im in Egypt , its only one certified dealer for Honda...and its the Honda store.
would the US consumer report do something about it if i was in Egypt? i wanted to send directly to japan for them to handle but couldnt find a link for that...Thank :) |
Dealer only Egypt can help you, each region has it's standard procedures, UAE section most likely is your region they should be of assistance hope this helps, I included other offices just in case no contact at UAE can be made.
