Im thinking of building an ls motor. i would like to know what kind of power number i should expect for it. I want to go all motor but turbo isdefinitely an option. If anyone can help me out id appreciate it.

 

it all depends on wat car this is goina go in. and wat year of the car the motor came out of. but an ls motor for a 91-93 integra is like... 145 hp and 125 lbs torque. your compression is goina be lower too, around 9:2.1 or close to it, making turbo more possible without too much prepping. but remember, u wont be vtec, and if it were my call id spend the extra few hundred for a gsr

 

i would put a b16 head on the ls and then bore it out and put low compresion forged pistons in it. from my past experince with this set up it is pretty good. but the guy above me is on point go gsr. it would be worth it

 

Depending on how fast you want to go... gsr is a great street setup for daily driving, but Ls turbo is a monster when prepped right. I've also seen gsr turbos put down some serious numbers, but they require a bit more maintenance.
