Default What is a good quality suspension?

I am looking to get a good quality suspension for my 92 Civic DX that will handle well, ride smoothly, and keep my tires flat to the ground. I know someone who is selling a Tokico HP(Blue) shock/spring kit with a 1-1/2 drop for $200. What are your opinions on Tokico hp? I already have Morgan Racing springs! Any struts that go good with those to = a good handling ride? I'm pretty sure I'll need cambers if I get those Tokico HP shocks/springs what camber go good with it? Thanks for your reply.

go with lowering springs on stock struts. that gives the ultimate in all areas. It lowers for looks, rides well, but does not keep pressure on the wheel like a coil over does.
