Default ????01 civic limp mode????

runs in limp mode green light key no tac and gages... only about 1800 RPMs and NO OBD2 computer's can communicate with the car not even honda dealer
i've spent alot time reading on this.. I can't find any one who has had any success with fixing this problem the few stories I found some one has said the ECU/PCM is the reason for not being able to communicate with any computers. I got a used ECU and took it to the honda dealer and 400$ later the car is still the same.. now either the honda dealer sucks or that dude that sold me the ECU is a piece of ****!! any one have some input on this

welcome to the forum. could be the TDC sensor or camshft sensor. Also check your cat to see if its falling apart and plugging up the exhaust flow.

car is still sitting in the driveway.... what would cause the car not to communicate with anything you plug into it. would the immobilizer do this?
