Was the ECU and immobilizer a set that came together?
Or were they separate units from different places?
Also, did you get the key for the immobilizer?

There is very little detail and so there is no way to know what is going on

No check engine light?
If no check engine light then no power to the ECU??
Makes it sound like the ECU may not be the right one for your vehicle??
May be a harness ECU mis-match??

Are the fuses getting power?
Did you do a visual or electrical check of fuses?
Sorry, something is just not right.
No check engine light means the ECU is not getting power
If this happened before with original then would suspect wiring issue
This is beyond me, sorry no help.
