Was the ECU and immobilizer a set that came together?
Or were they separate units from different places?
Also, did you get the key for the immobilizer?
There is very little detail and so there is no way to know what is going on

Yes both ecu and immobilizer together and key and car still no start also no check light before start and no immobilezer green key berfore start too in Hawai’i it’s a little hard to get parts I had to order from Cali anything would help thanks

Are the fuses getting power?
Did you do a visual or electrical check of fuses?
Sorry, something is just not right.
No check engine light means the ECU is not getting power
If this happened before with original then would suspect wiring issue
