When using the windshield washer, Instead of spraying a mist over the windshield, It's peeing a steady stream about 4 inches from the nozzles on both sides. HELP!

its clogged stick a pin or needle in it and remove the residue. you can also just remove it and soak it in degreaser or dish soap for a day then clean it further. or there could be a crack or leak somewhere in the plastic tubing these tubes get extremely brittle after a couple years i had to replace them in my 2004 civic. or it could be the pump itself. or it could be a clog in the lines or in the washer fluid reservoir you can remove and clean the reservoir.

need a pair of wipers that actually work on my oddyssey and civic. expensive to cheap, they all bump as if it were dry. my odyssey just won't wipe the water off!

Bet it is a clog in the line you can also blow air through the line if you have a compressor.

If the wipers are both working then it's not a fuse (#20 and #9 for front/rear respectively). Either a disconnect in the wiring somewhere, faulty motor or clogged water tube or clogged pump outlet in the washer motor. Get near the driver fender and have someone hold the washer down and listen for the noise from the pump. If you don't hear anything then you'll need to test the pump by disconnecting it and applying 12V to the no. 1 terminal and ground to the 2nd. If you don't hear anything, then you'll need to replace the pump. If it does run smoothly but nothing coming out then there is a blockage somewhere. Some compressed air can usually clear it out.
