Angry 2005 Accord Cold starting

Accord, 05 2.4 k24...Anyone to enlighten me as to why the car hesitates to fire on cold mornings? It will ZZZ, zzz, then fire. Brand new interstate battery and the alternator/starter test GOOD. I just replaced the drive belt, too, as it had cracks And the arrow guide on the pulley was much over to the right (overdue to replace). Efi/relay possible issue? The only way I can describe it is that there is something draining the battery- on cold mornings, it acts as though the battery has been drained overnight. Thanks in advance for suggestions! It's 279k on the clock and has been great- runs out/shifts out/rides like 100k.

On cold mornings ... cold has the tendency to reduce power output of battery(s).
Also, the cold cylinder isn't the optimum condition for the controlled burning of fuel.
