Default 2006 Civic SI Grinding sound

I have a 2006 SI. I have recently replaced the driver side wheel bearing and abs sensor. I placed both driver and passenger side cv axles, struts, and boots. I replaced the strut mount on the passenger side. I have also put new breaks and tires on my car. I am still hearing a metal on metal grinding sound when I turn my car sharp especially to the right. It only happens when my car has not been running for an hour or so and has had a chance to cool down and only when I am going at a slow speed. The sound lasts for a few rotations of the tire and then I no longer hear it. There is no play in the steering and the tires do not move when I jack my car up and try to rock them back and forth so I'm pretty sure it's not the tie rods. I'm really at a loss here so any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
