It started out with a P0302 code. I switched two coil packs and the code stayed with P0302 so I replaced the spark plugs. It still came up with P0302 code so I replaced the coil packs. Now it comes up with P0300 random misfire, P0302, misfire no 2 cylinder, and P0303, misfire no 3 cylinder. The vsa light stays on and at idle the engine light goes off, but when I accelerate the engine light comes on and flashes. I'm trying to understand what's going on but I'm not understanding why.

 

The fuel injectors?

 

That was going to be the next step. I'll let you know.

 

If you take the valve cover off then look at the cylinder number 2 valve. May be the exhaust side. Spring has popped???
What do they call it? The spring keeper or valve keeper falls out??? Well, just a bug fat guess.

 

If he dropped a valve he'd know it. They call them keepers.

 

I replaced the injectors. The engine light still comes on and still flashes. The DTC is still misfires.
