Default 4 error messages

Hi,
I have 4 error messages: p0730, p1456, p0721, p1738
Does anyone know what they mean and do I need to get them fixed?
The transmission sometimes has a problem shifting into 2nd at startup, but is usually fine after a few minutes of driving. Had the fluid replaced about 5 months ago.
Thanks!

You will need an OBD II scanner, if you don't have one Advance auto parts will hook one up for you and scan codes, they can clear codes.Your 16 pin DLC is located under the drivers side instrument panel. If you have one turn it on and follow it's prompts .

Thanks Bucwheat,
I couldn't find the dlc, maybe i don't have one? Car seems to be running ok now, but just a bit of hard shifting at first, the check engine light is still on though. Asked Sears to erase it when I got an oil change, but they wouldn't. How long do you have to drive it before it turns off by itself, if there is no longer any reason for it.
Thanks
