A mechanic adjusted my accord's valves yesterday and after that the car was up for trouble.
The idling starting bouncing between 200 and 1000 and sometimes the engine would just stall.

Three mechanics looked at the car and they all said my IACV is bad.
Then the check engine light came on. I read the error codes and yep....I got:

14.............P0505,P1519........................ ........IAC valve

I cleaned up my IACV and that didn't help (although the check engine light went away). Now the car idles at around 1000 and when I turn on the AC, it dies.

And I think the engine is running hotter now. I noticed that the temp gauge stays close to the middle and it doesn't go up. It is weird because before the valve adjustment, the temp gauge was right in the middle.

Is my IACV bad? Just want to make sure..
Could the IACV cause the car to run hotter?
Coolant level is max.

Any help would be great!
