Default 92 accord with oil on the plugs

What's going on hondonians!! I'm new to the site but thought this might be the best place to come to try and find an answer to my little issue. As of recently (the last two tune up's) I noticed oil on my spark plugs when I'm changing them out. Rather than buying a bunch of seals and gaskets, does anybody have a more definate idea of what's shot under there? Thanks.

oil on the spark plugs: If it is on the outside of the plug, the o ring is worn and allowing oil to enter. If it is on the electrode side, the piston rings are leaking oil into the combustion chamber. Go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and you can view the parts needed.

As moderator said, Most probably the o ring is worn. This is a common issue and no need to panic.

Welcome to the forum,Check to make sure your throttle body is clean first,Get some starting fluid, open the air cleaner, spray for a couple seconds on the air filter, and close it back up. Crank the engine about 5 seconds - if it burns off the spray you know all you need is fuel delivery. So the problem will be either a dirty filter or bad fuel pump. Sometimes a bad fuel pump will quit all together or will leak down at night which is what sounds like the problem you are having.Good luck,Bobby
