Default oil on spark plugs and wires

I'm having troubles with my 93' Honda Accord LX. We recently changed the plugs and wires, to find they were coverd with oil.. So- we changed the upper seals, and gaskets..
But, is still leaking, causing mild mis-fires. Do we need to change the bottom seals?
At a Lost...
Please reply suggestions!

the o rings at the bottom of the spark plug shaft are the normal leakers, allowing oil to surround the sparkplug and wires. the valve cover needs to come off and the rings replaced. Go to hondaautomotiveparts.com put in your car info and go to cylinder head item 14 o-ring.
