Default 97 according starting problem

first off im new to the forum my name is cory im from ohio. i have a 97 accord dx f22 non vtech. the problem started back when i first got it about 6 weeks ago i took the car to the car wash and sprayed off the motor to clean it and when i was done it started then died and wouldnt start again. So after going back for from parts store i bought cap, rotor plugs wires and still didnt start. so it sat all day hood up and still nothing. took cap button off and got engine control moduel tested it passed so when home put it all together and it started right up. its been run n ever since. Now it does same thing crank and cranks and no fire but iff u turn key and turn it all the way back it seems like it wants to start i have spark and fuel. last night i looked under the car after cranking and cat was glowing? took cap button off unplugged icm cleaned it put back together and started but bogged when you gave it gave it gas and finally it died and now it woulnt start back up? any idea what it could be

The fuel line may be twisted ,new fuel pump may not have the proper 8-12 psi for the TBI,may have a defective oil sending unit disallowing the injectors to turn on right a way.
