b18a1 wont idle and sounds weird

Default b18a1 wont idle and sounds weird
sounds like a wrx and cranks but turns right off. this started after i shot a very small shot of nos to it in 3rd at 4000rpm.

the only time i've ever heard a honda sound like a wrx is when they either have an aftermarket cam or if a cylinder isn't firing.
