Beware of Hondapartsnow.com - Scam company
Honda community - please be aware and stay away from doing business with Hondapartsnow.com - they are horrible and downright liars.
I ordered 4 parts from them and they sent the wrong ones. When I contacted them, they gave me the run around and basically said they cant do anything for me.
They wanted the shipping label off the box and some type of labels on the parts which were not in the package.
Their return department tried to tell me that the OEM part numbers on the parts (stamped) were not part numbers but serial numbers.
What a joke!
I filed a complaint with my credit card company and now just want to make sure no one in this community or any other honda community gets scammed by this disingenuous company.
Reach out to me if you need more details but, stay far away. Their prices are on par with other Honda parts resellers. Note: I did have previous positive experiences with them on other orders however, I didnt need to contact customer support for those orders. Perhaps I was lucky on those previous orders.
