Bigger problem then expected
So I posted a thread a while ago (4-5 months ago I think) about CV joint problems with my civic (jdm b18c5 fyi) turns out it was the cv joints so I put brand new ones on and same thing they went bad immediatly. I have no idea what could be causing this, I have had it for over a year and never had this kind of problem, it started about 6 months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Did you buy rebuilts, or brand new. Many parts houses buy the least cost rebuilt, and many shops do not know how to do the correct job when overhauling the cv.
If it was brand new factory, then you can return it and it should be under warranty.

I bought them brand spanking new from a parts store and a mechanic I know put them in so there is no warranty unfortunatly. And as soon as I drove away from the shop they went bad, same ' vibration under acceleration ' problem, something is making the joints go bad, and I have no idea what it could be. Half shaft maybe? Not sure and any help or input would be appreciated, thanks.
if the half shafts are brand new, does not matter who installed them, the part should still be under warranty from the parts house.jack up one side of the front of your car, and idle the car. ( besure the emergency brake is on and rear tires are chocked properly)with the engine at idle place the trans in drive and see if you can see which side of the half shaft is vibrating, don't rev to high, the car will start to move forward with the other wheel still on the ground. Do this to the other side. It difficult to point to 2nd set of half shafts going bad from new. Rebuilts yes, brand new- rare. Also what speeds does thevibration start, and how many miles do you have on the car.
I watched the alighnment shop do this to my automatic accord, so not sure of manual. jack up only one side of the car, put the car in gear and slowly let out the clutch, besure the emergency brake and chocks are in place on the rear tires. if one front tire is off the ground, and releasing the clutch turns only that tire, with the hood open check the axle. be super careful, I don't know what a standard will do.
