I have a 2000 Civic SI and last night the brake light on the dash started coming on under throttle. When i let off the throttle it turns off, the brakes aren't mushy and they aren't fading. I also checked the fluid and it was at a normal level. Could this be a vaccuum leak or something of that nature.

 

It could be dirty fluid or filter in the reservoir dirty
